Why You Need the Mobile Command Center

We know that as a business owner, your work doesn't just happen at a desk. It happens while you're commuting, meeting clients, or grabbing a coffee. We built The Pondo (our Pondocean system) to be powerful enough for your office, but we also made sure you could take that power with you wherever you go.

Think of this app as your Mobile Command Center. It’s the tool that ensures you never miss a lead, never lose track of a conversation, and always know what’s on your schedule.

Step 1: Getting the "Engine" Ready

While our system is called Pondocean, the mobile engine that runs it is called Lead Connector.

  • Go to your App Store: Whether you use an iPhone or an Android, open your app store.

  • Search for "Lead Connector": Type it in the search bar.

  • Look for the Logo: You want the app with the Orange and Black logo. This is the professional tier app specifically for you and your team.

  • Install: Tap download and get it on your home screen.

Step 2: Logging in Securely

Your login for the mobile app is your Staff Credential. This is the key that gives you the authority to manage the backend of your business.

  1. Open the app and enter your work email and password.

  2. Select Your Business: If you manage more than one location or brand, the app will ask you to "Select Account." Tap on your specific business name to enter.

Step 3: Finding Your Way Around

Once you’re inside, look at the menu bar at the bottom. These are your shortcuts to everything that matters.

  • The Hub (Message Bubble): This is where every text, email, and social media message lands. No more checking four different apps to see who contacted you.

  • The Schedule (Calendar): Your entire day at a glance. You can see your appointments and even book new ones while you’re talking to someone on the street.

  • The People (Address Book): Your digital rolodex. Search for any client by name to see their phone number, email, or the history of every interaction they’ve had with your business.

Step 4: The Sidebar (The "Hamburger" Menu)

In the top-left corner, you’ll see three horizontal lines. We call this the "Hamburger" menu.

If you need to switch between different departments or access deeper settings for your business, this is where you’ll find them. It keeps the main screen clean while giving you full control when you need it.

A Simple Summary for the "Non-Techie"

  • The App: Look for the Orange/Black logo called "Lead Connector."

  • The Hub: The bubble icon at the bottom is where you talk to people.

  • The People: The book icon is where your client list lives.

  • Pro-Tip: Always use your staff credentials, not a member login.
